What is your alter ego? (i.e. what do you do when you aren’t on the track)
I programme and coordinate an art gallery space and I’m also a supervisor in a busy cafe/bar. Fellow bar staff are great for practicing hip checks on.

Who is favourite roller derby crush?
Suzy Hotrod, ftw.

What’s your derby dream?
To skate a banked track and be taught by some of the best derby players out there.

What’s your favourite drill at training?
One finger push ups. Endurance drills and stepping/duking drills – great for improving agility and footwork.

What’s in your kit?
Riedell Wicked skates with black and yellow heartless wheels, scabs knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, helmet, spare laces, skate tools, spare nuts, mouthguard and currently my copy of inside line magazine.

If you were a cupcake what flavour would you be?
Chocolate and Guinness with cream cheese frosting.

Do you have a derby wife (if so who?!)?
Nah, I’m waiting it out for Suzy Hotrod.

What’s your proudest derby moment so far?
Bouting for the first time against Liverpool Roller Birds.

What other hobbies besides roller derby do you have?
Baking/cooking, tattoos, reading, knitting, travelling, drinking tea and attempting the G2 crossword.

What’s your favourite food?
Do I have to pick? Pastry products, pies, Mexican, Indian, Thai, cake, broccoli.
